1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SalvoBid ("the Service"), operated by Nebari ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including organizations and their team members.
2. Service Description
SalvoBid is a software-as-a-service platform for defense procurement bid intelligence. The Service allows users to upload requisition data, score line items, manage bid pricing, and track competitive intelligence. Features and availability may change at our discretion.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Organization owners are responsible for their team members' use of the Service. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Free trial periods are subject to the limitations described in our pricing page. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely to provide the Service. We will not sell or share Your Data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. You may export or delete Your Data at any time through the Service.
6. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through the organization settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any other reason with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, we will make Your Data available for export for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
7. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
